Founded in 1934, retail giant Meijer pioneered the “supercenter” concept. Many fruitful years later, BravoEcho was brought on to leverage two important stakeholders – its internal employees via a new progressive campus experience that embodied a forward-thinking brand, and its loyal customers via a rewards program across over 200 superstores in 6 states. For both, the objective was about inspiring, empowering and breathing fresh life into the employee and customer experiences.
